With the 4-way optocouplers with integrated power supply unit, you ensure safe signal separation between the signal transmitter and the electronic control system
The integrated 4-way optocoupler protects your control logic by galvanically isolated signal transmission (switch open or closed) between the electronic control and the system to be controlled. The switching operations (closed and open) carried out by your control system are output via four optocouplers to the transistor switches at the output.
The already integrated power supply unit is used for the galvanically isolated voltage supply of your electronic control system (e.g. PLC) with 24VDC. In the Opto2-01 optocouplers, the fourth optocoupler is also designed as a switchable voltage source with an electrically isolated input.
As the power supply is already integrated in these 4-way optocouplers, the space requirement and the wiring effort are much lower than with 4 individual optocouplers with separate power supplies. In addition, wiring errors are avoided. The 4-way optocouplers are suitable for direct mounting on a 35mm top-hat rail or on the wall with screws.
With the relay couplers with 2 to 5 channels, you can adapt the signal level and power to the requirements of your downstream systems
The inputs and outputs of these relay couplers are also galvanically isolated and thus protect your control logic during signal forwarding. The couplers with electromechanical relays are particularly suitable if an adaptation of level and power is to be achieved at a low switching frequency.
